Auditing

Lockout/Tagout equipment audits that stay on schedule.

Procedures in the field get an audit due date from your site’s interval. Auditors scan the posted QR code, record Pass or Fail with notes, and ISIQ moves the next due date, sends reminders, and keeps the history for your reports.
How it works

From audit due date to signed-off record

1Set the intervalEach site sets its audit interval in months (12 by default). New and newly published procedures get their audit due date from it.
2Name the auditorsOnly the people on a site’s auditor list can scan a procedure QR code and record an audit there.
3Scan the QR codeThe auditor scans the posted procedure’s QR code with the camera, or from a photo, and the procedure opens.
4Record Pass or FailAdd notes and record the result. A Pass moves the next audit date forward by the interval. A Fail leaves the equipment due.
5ReportRun due-for-audit and recently-audited reports, then export or email them.

Audit at the machine

The QR code on the posted procedure is the audit’s starting point. Scanning it opens that machine’s current procedure, so the auditor checks what is actually posted, then records the result and notes in one step.

Know what is due, and prove what was done

Every machine, by locationThe Equipment audits list shows each piece of equipment at a location with its last audit, notes, and audit due date.
Start an audit cycleStart Audit Cycle makes every procedure in the field due today, for a plant-wide audit on your schedule.
Reminder emailsA daily reminder lists equipment that is overdue or comes due within the lead time you choose, up to 365 days ahead.
A record of every auditEach audit is saved as an inspection finding and added to the procedure’s approval history.
Overdue at a glanceThe Procedures Due for Audit report filters by days overdue (1–10, 11–20, 21–30, 31+) or by what comes due in the next 30, 90, or 180 days or 12 months.
History reportsRecently Audited, Procedure History, Periodic Inspection, and the Procedure Activity Log show who did what, and when, across your sites.

ISIQ schedules audits and keeps the record. Your authorized people still perform the inspection itself.
